Dandy’s World Toons list: Unlock Requirements and Powers

There’s something not quite right with the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum.
What should be a joyous place filled with colorful Toons has a creepy edge, and things only get worse as you descend into the depths of the building, only to find it teeming with corrupted versions of the once-happy Toons you called friends.
If you’re going to make it out in one piece, you’re going to have to rely on the unique powers of each Toon as you fix machines and go from floor to floor in a bid to survive.
