How to get a Submarine in Fisch

To explore the depths of the ocean in Fisch , you need to build your very own submarine. Not only is it an extremely fast vessel for getting from island to island, but it’s also an unlimited source of oxygen underneath the water’s surface.

While it won’t get you into all of the highest-level areas in the world, the Submarine is still a vital piece of equipment in Fisch.

However, although the Submarine appears in the Shipwright menu with a level requirement and cost like every other vehicle, this isn’t actually how you’re supposed to add it to your collection.

Here’s what you need to do to add the Submarine to your inventory, including where to find all of the Submarine parts and how to put them together!

How to build a Submarine in Fisch

To get a Submarine in Fisch, your first port of call is the floating laboratory in the sea to the north of Roslit Bay. Then you need to proceed through the following steps:

At the laboratory, speak to Dr Finneus and he’ll tell you about his interest in the trench below Roslit and why you need a Submarine to explore it
Next, press the “Menu” option at the top of your screen, then press other and scroll down to the Codes box
Enter the code “temporarysubmarine” and the Submarine parts will be added to your inventory
After that, go to outline of Submarine next to Dr Finneus and open your inventory
Hold the Submarine Top, Windows, Side Fins, Metal Panels and Back Fins in your hands and interact with the outline to add them to your Submarine
With all the parts added to the outline, speak to Dr Finneus again and he’ll complete your new underwater vehicle for you and spawn it in the sea next to the Lab

You’re now free to spawn the Submarine whenever you like and explore new underwater realms.

If you’re confused by Dr Finneus giving you a drill and telling you to mine some rocks on Roslit during his dialogue, this is left over from a removed quest which was deemed too random and slow. With the Fisch code above, you can skip this step and get what you need immediately!
