I love Final Fantasy, so I found every game that’s on sale for Prime Day 2025
Time to catch up on a chunk of the legendary series.

Final Fantasy is that rare gaming franchise which is loved by so many, but often for very different reasons.
Maybe you’re a big fan of its sillier, cutesy elements like Chocobos, or maybe you cut your teeth raiding with friends in Final Fantasy XIV (or even XI).
Maybe you’re an old-school fan who’s been playing since the pixel art games, or you fell in love in Midgar like so many others.
Save on these Final Fantasy games
Starting from the beginning, you can grab the Final Fantasy I-VI Collection Anniversary Edition for $44.99 on PS4 (playable via backward compatibility on PS5) and Nintendo Switch.

That includes the first six Final Fantasy titles remastered, along with a rearranged soundtrack, modernised UI and more.
After that, great news – the entire Final Fantasy 7 Remake project so far is discounted. The game’s first part, Remake Intergrade, is just $29.99 on PS5 and includes not only the remake’s Midgar section but some additional content for Yuffie, too.

Once you finish that, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is down to $39.99. This second chapter movs things to a more open world, and was one of 2024’s best releases.
“In my heart, this will inevitably end up as one of my favorite games of 2024,” Alex said in his review , saying “ its vibes are simply irresistible.”

Finally, the series’ most recent entry, Final Fantasy 16, is an incredible visual spectacle. It features flashy combat, sure, but once Eikons (the game’s huge walking, fireball-throwing nuclear allegories) start scrapping, your jaw will drop – trust me.
While the game has now come to PC and Xbox Series X and S, the PS5 version is now heavily discounted for Prime Day, meaning you can enjoy Clive Rosfield’s adventure for just $24.99, down from $69.99.

“In FF16, Clive, Cid, and the others ultimately derive their power from the same mysterious origins as the crystals themselves,” Alex said in his review .
“To complete their objective, they need the very thing they seek to destroy. And so too does FF16 need that history, those traditions, leveraging some even as it drives a dagger through others.”
“That is the duality of the game. A dichotomy at the heart of its structure, its triumphs, and its failures alike. It’s a fascinating piece of work, a wholly imperfect but nevertheless enthralling experience.”
Well said, indeed.
