Raise Animals is one of the latest popular experiences in the “grow offline” genre made famous by the now-legendary Grow a Garden. But in Raise Animals, your mission is to head out into the wilderness with nothing but a lasso and your animal companion in search of exciting exotic and mythical beasts to tame.
Once you’ve scoured the baking savannah, dense jungle and frozen tundra and lassoed everything from a giraffe to a fire-winged Phoenix, you can return to your farm to feed your pets, raise their level and show them off to tourists and other players.
There are dozens of animals to collect , but to lasso them more effectively, you need to spin the gacha wheel to get better lassos. To do this you need rubies, but to get more rubies without forking out your hard-earned Robux, your best bet is to make full use of the generous Raise Animals codes when they appear.
While you can earn rubies in-game by completing in-game quests, these are quite time and resource intensive, whereas codes often give you enough rubies for a good few spins of the lasso wheel in one convenient chunk.
Many of the Raise Animals codes also give you in-game cash. This is used to purchase additional copies of animals you’ve already tamed from the in-game store. If you’ve seen other players with a pen full of lions, that’s how they got them!

How to redeem codes in Raise Animals

To redeem your codes in Raise Animals, you need to go through the following steps:
- Before logging into the game, join the Raise Animals Studio community by pressing on the studio’s name next to the play button, or where it says “Developer” in the game info
- You then also need to like the game before playing
- After you log-in, press the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and there will be a text box where you can redeem your codes
- Remember codes in Raise Animals are case-sensitive , so you need to type them as a mix of capital and lowercase letters
- Finally, there’s also a bug which means the gear icon sometimes doesn’t appear on a desktop. If this happens, try logging into the game on mobile.
When do new Raise Animals codes appear?
Raise Animals Studio gives out new codes whenever there’s a development milestone like a game update, there’s a technical issue which prevents players from playing how they should, or the game passes a new threshold for visits or concurrent players.
