HoYoverse announced the ZZZ 1.4 banners during the version 1.4 livestream , and while there weren’t any surprises, there was a welcome confirmation. Anyone who logs in during ZZZ 1.4 can grab a free S-rank character, as HoYoverse did with Dr Ratio in Honkai Star Rail , and you’ll even get the materials necessary for ranking him up to level 40. That means not having to spend hundreds of energy charges just to get the necessary level-up materials, and you can save on talent chips too.
